Barbra Streisand has taken some time out from concert rehearsals to participate in the Clinton Global Initiative in New York, her second appearance in as many years. She was in attendance this morning as former President Bill Clinton kicked off the event, which attracts heads of state and leaders from the worlds of government, industry and the arts. And each attendee had to make good on a financial pledge from last year.

Barbra has certainly done her part. Through the Streisand Foundation, she recently donated over $1 million to the Clinton Initiative.
