journey to the east coast
on November 18, 2004, to
attend the opening of the
Bill Clinton Presidential
Library. As the rains
pelted this very
distinguished audience,
President George W. Bush,
former President George H.
W. Bush, and former
President Jimmy Carter
joined with joined Bill
Clinton as the repository
of his presidency was
officially dedicated.
Streisand was an ardent
supporter of Clinton
during his presidency, so
her attendance at this
event was an obvious
expression of tribute.
