If
you
purchase
the
DVD
version
of
"Little
Fockers"
(yes,
we
splurged),
be
sure
to
check
out
the
bonus
extras
for
a
bit
of a
surprise.
One
of
the
deleted
scenes
called
"The
Birthday
Song"
features
Barbra
singing.
Yes,
Barbra
sang
in
"Little
Fockers"
during
the
Focker
twins'
birthday
scene
(below,
top
left).
Her
tongue-in-cheek
rendition
of
"Happy
Birthday"
(with
the
cast)
is
hilarious.
Don't
expect
a
serious
performance,
however.
Roz
Focker
sounds
a
lot
like
her
equally
talented
alter
ego,
Cheryl
Gibbons.
Too
bad
this
moment
was
left
on
the
cutting
room
floor.
Other
deleted
scenes
are
showcased
on
the
DVD,
including
our
favorite:
a
disheveled
Roz
and
Bernie
emerging
from
the
tent
after
a
quick
"shtupp"
(below,
top
right).
This
omitted
scene
was
a
moment
of
hilarity
that
would
have
added
some
much
needed
laughs
to
the
picture.
The
deleted
scenes
and
on-set
footage
are
reasons
enough
to
purchase
the
DVD
if
you
haven't
already
done
so.

was
there
too,
commanding
all
the
media
attention
that
would
have
otherwise
been
directed
toward
Barbra
Streisand.
Barbra,
of
course,
couldn't
make
the
premiere
having
just
come
off
of a
very
big
night
as
an
honoree
at
the
California
Hall
of
Fame
in
Sacramento.

Dustin
Hoffman
summed
up
the
whole
"Focker"
experience
during
a
red
carpet
interview:
"It's
really
about
Christians-Jews
and
liberals-conservatives.
And
that's
all
you
need
for
comedy."
The
film
opens
nationwide
on
December
22.

August 26, 2010
The
BBC
reports
that
Dustin
Hoffman
will
reprise
his
role
opposite
Barbra
Streisand
in Universal's
"Little
Fockers"
after
all.
Word
is,
the
picture
didn't
fare
as
well
as
hoped
in
early
test
screenings,
particularly
without
that
Streisand-Hoffman dynamic that played so well in "Meet the Fockers."
With Hoffman on board,
it's a
certainty
these
two
Grand-Fockers
will
enjoy
more
screen
time
together.
Trailer Debuts on iTunes
June
24, 2010
Head
over to iTunes for a
first look at the
trailer for "Little
Fockers."
Barbra reprises her role as Roz Focker in this follow-up film
to the enormously successful "Meet the Fockers."

The
Return of Roz Focker
December 7, 2009
Though her participation in the upcoming film "Little Fockers"
(working title) has yet to be officially confirmed, Barbra Streisand
was seen this week on the film's set in Pasadena, CA.
Decked out in her trademarked Roz Focker wig, we presume that Barbra
is indeed a member of the cast, reprising her role as Ben Stiller's
mother.
Dustin Hoffman, who played opposite Barbra as Stiller's dad Bernie in
"Meet the Fockers" has yet to appear on set. The film is scheduled for
a mid-2010 release.
