Barbra Streisand made a vocal appearance (well, sort of) at the Torino Olympics during the primetime broadcast on February 24,
2006 when American silver medalist Sasha Cohen performed to the soundtrack recording of "Don't Rain On My Parade." Cohen, whose misstep during the medal rounds the day before cost her the gold, was absolutely flawless during this non-competitive figure skating exhibition. Of course, skating to a Streisand song, nothing but a perfect performance would do. |
